Just a small batch of smoked cheese...tomorrow is smoked salmon...pictures to follow.

Applewood smoked cheddar is my favorite cheese  :drool: :drool: :drool: Never tried to make some myself; it has come from the Cheese Monger in Leavenworth. Maybe I should give it a try  :tup:

Herb here is a product that works great for smoking cheese no more melted cheese in the smoker they work great

smoked cheese is great. i smoked some Gruyere last winter and it came out great
