So I felt like having Tacos tonight, but I felt like a good elk steak and Potatoes so I created the best of both worlds. Cubed some potatoes and then diced some onions. Cooked them in extra virgin olive oil until potatoes became soft then added the small cubes of elk steak (small piece of back strap) that had been sprinkled with Johnny's seasoning salt. cooked until meat was browned then placed in a hard taco shell (or 5 in my case) then add some cheese and a little Hot salsa!
