Title: kielbasa help

made kielbasa for the first time today. used my grinder to stuff casings. had about a pound of meat left in grinder and tube. wondering how to get that in a casing or what to do with it.

fry it up and eat it. :tup:

fry it, with some hot sauce
chop it up
boil  cabbage for 40 minutes
add basa
cook for 20 minutes

eat  :tup:

or smoke em (but they are kinda hard to light :chuckle:  )

Make patties out of it and serve it up with a meal
