I had the idea of Bell Pepper BBQ sauce, I heard a rumor of it being made recently and now I cant stand it, I must conquer this and eat it :drool: :drool:

lol bell peppers. In my 20s & 30s couldn't stand them. Now we eat them with everything :tup:

Maybe you didn't get it KC ....... AH was maybe under the impression that you have smoked too much the good stuffffffff :chuckle: :dunno:.......and I have to say I love reading your food posts .......we have to meet one day ,too bad it didn't worked out last time we tried . :sry:

i thin he was reading the fishing thread and then replied here, beer goggles maybe :chuckle: you have no idea capt i have to force myself to hold back posting tips and recipes, I could post an easy smoking or cooking 100 brines and recipes right now, and thats only the surface i try something new almost every night and could easily fill a whole forum in a week. dogtuk was a member on one of the sites i owned a few years ago, between me and him the whole kitchen forum was refilled weekly :chuckle:

Why don't you put it in a self published book ..... I would most likely buy one ..... I'd like to know how to cook more. I enjoy it however don't have the time or the brains to do it . Truly , I love smoking meat and fish and would welcome if you did published here maybe weekly your brine recipes or help on how to smoke stuff or do super BBQ stuff . Maybe you could get your own "KC's cooking tips" piece of the action here - I wouldn't mind at all . :tup:
