lets see some pictures of your guys drop tine bucks you shot, got pictures of, or even got sheds.
im talking TRUE drop tines not kickers or anything just pure drop tines.
Blacktail, whitetail, muleys. lets see them. i will get it started with a wild one.
-
Here is the only bench leg I have seen with a true drop off the main beam.
-
i love drop tines  i still have yet to kill one.
-
This is all I got in the droptine department.
-
 thats a nice drop tine
-
This is all of I have.
-
shot this guy in '05. have 5 years of his sheds (they changed very little from the time he was a 3 year old through the age of 8 ) and only the year before i killed him was there evidence that the left side might grow a dropper the next year. had no idea he would grow one on each side. this deer was aged at 9 years old by the state.

You didnt harvest that buck in the picture you posted, right?

Ok, because that looks very similar to a buck that my buddies grandpa killed about 7 years ago in Mason County. If its the same buck, he didnt even mount it because he is old school and doesn't believe in "wasting" the money. :chuckle:

This is a blacktail my dad killed in 1980 up by Mt. St. Helens.

Here's one for ya! Any of you northeasterners know anything about this buck? It had to of been taken somewhere around the 60's. This is one of the original post cards that came from that area.

The first photo is of a buck I passed on 3 times for the buck in the second photo. The photo of the second buck was taken June 29th. He got much bigger ;)

Haha, lets see a field photo then!

The only field photos I have are of him on the hoof. Hopefully next year will be the year

Great thread! I like the blacktail with the matching corkscrew droptines. My niece shot a whitetail with a droptine but I don't have any to show of my own. It is on my bucket list though.
