well good luck with that. They are pretty scarce these days

My dad has the same tag and were heading over Monday. That tags gonna get filled even if we have to pry a cow from a wolfs jaws!
-
Be prepared to start prying :chuckle:
-
we gonna be over there towards thursday my dad has time off starting then theres guy use to deer hunt on his place never really saw elk on his place even before wolf sightings my see if can get another in
-
My ol man has the tag as well. lucky year for dads.

That's a pretty tough tag with the wolves and as soon as the snow flies they head straight for the private ground, where they are fed and left alone. Hardly ever come off the private once they get there. At least that's my experience.
PS. Hope you all get a nice cow, for the Christmas table!!!
-
Well I guess its good we have private access then
-
one 370 plus got taken today
-
I say he wouldn't go a point over 350
-
the tape dont lie
-
Got pics?
-
Yeah, its a good one.. :chuckle:
-
Tyson's ?
-
Don't know about the score but its a GREAT bull from the picture I got
-
Was just there. Hardly saw a track. Others said the same thing. Hope you have a snow machine. It may have helped a lot because all the areas we drove or hiked were empty of elk and a lot of roads closed to snow mobile only traffic
-
So theres rumors of a 400 and a 370 flying around for the fast several days and still know pics :dunno: typical :chuckle:
-
i got pics of the 370 hes a dandy but dont have permission to post sorry im tryin to get him to post hes not a member

The elk are out there. Snowmobiles and snowshoes will be a big help. Good luck. Had that tag a few years ago and was really suprised at how deep the snow got and the elk were still staying put.
