huge country ribs, my BBQ sauce, lobster tails, raw prawns, a ton of garlic, butter, and other stuff,

no i cook nonstop, really think i dont cook polish food too? :rolleyes: nice way to stay on topic ...uh i mean derail a topic... ;)

as promised  :tup:

fire, smoker, heaven
shrimp- bought raw, deshelled and grilled with garlic butter til pink then DONE
lobster tails- cut open, fill gap with garlic butter or just butter then grill on hi 3 min. per side
corn- grill on all sides dont burn
ribs- used huge country pork ribs, boil 45 minutes, then drown in krackers bbq sauce and grill on medium 10 minutes a side

BH45 you wouldnt mind throwing up a recipe would you? my gma used to make awesome perogies but has since decided they are too much work and wont share her recipe
