Title: went shopping, lets call it cook off preparation
Post by: Kc_Kracker on December 17, 2012, 09:35:45 PM
You only get to see a tidbit  went shopping and all hell broke loose :rockin: first, ingredients in man bulk, then a 15 lb boneless piggy butt, then stuff you cannot see  ;)

Then a sample of slices when we got home in my homemade sauce, topped off with some grilled peppercini, and a few grilled after a sauce dip.. pure heaven

I think if I was an animal I would give you an easy shot just so I could be guest of honor on your grill.

seriously go to cash & carry, th3e 15 lb butt was only $20, it will easily feed 12-15 people, it's freakin huge, i dont know if you can tell but its 4" thick  :o
