Title: Looking for a Deer
Post by: Tony on December 21, 2012, 08:24:41 AM: I typically go out by Vail to deer hunt after the East side closes but have gotten uncomfortable leaving my car out there to go hunting because of all the vehicle breakins that seem to happen. So I'm wondering if anyone could recommend a decent place to try any where close to the Graham area?

I'm not looking for anything specific just to put a little meat in the freezer with a doe.

Post by: Bullkllr on December 21, 2012, 08:43:47 AM: I'd say your best bet may be to stay where you're at. Vehicle prowls can happen anywhere. Drive a beater, leave no valuables, etc. I have friends that just leave rigs unlocked... yeah, they're beaters but it seems to work for them.
