Got some sausage seasoning kits made by LEM. Any reviews?

They are not bad pretty basic you might want to put a little cayanne in with the stix or what ever you like I use 2 teaspoons of cayanne for 10 pounds of stix

how do they compare to the Cabelas black bag? Says it makes 20lbs. Should I do like the Cabelas stuff and just make 15lbs to condense the flavor?
