Just got back from walking the dog, what a rough start to the day, with teh full moon I could vivedly imagine where I should be, climbing a 7000 foot mountain by the moonlight, I can remember openers like this when teh moon is so bright up there no headlamp is required, temps are probably in the low 30's. Anticipation running at an all time high waiting for the sun to break over the eastern horizon to illuminate the bucks feeding in the basin, man it sucks to be at home on the opener of the high hunt, hopefully over the next couple of weeks I'll get my fix when I see all those pics and hear the stories, and I'm sure I'll feel better when I"m waiting for the dawn to break on opening day of moose season and when I take that moose. Good luck high hunt guys and post lots of pics.
