Title: Cast Iron Elk Steak!
Post by: HUNTINCOUPLE on January 03, 2013, 05:57:08 PM
Heat skillet on woodstove with 3-4 tablespoons oil. Stove top heat about 425ish. Place steaks in skillet couple minutes per side. I watch the blood come to top then flip till blood comes to top again. DONE! Did a light season of a general Johnies and Elk Steak! Dont forget the greens for proper passage! :chuckle:
