Title: Snowy Chucker Hunt
Post by: turkey slayer on January 04, 2013, 10:19:26 PM: Well was able to get into a few. The snow was deep and birds were jumping up early. There was 2 cubys that held were under the sage brush I shot 4 times and got 3 bird nit to bad for a night hunt. Just to ley every one know I did not shot these on the nature land it was just were my truck was parked but it did make a good pic

The slide on the way down can be quite exhilarating though. :yike:

Any luck up there. We were there a few weeks ago. Thick stuff and lots of work.
