So I have got to know what everybody is using to keep their cameras from getting fogged up or being affected by water droplets from rain or moisture in general. I let my camera soak in a killer area, and am sure that the pictures I did get would be awesome if it wasn't for the water in the way. I was debating on using some rain-x or something for rifle scopes and thought I'd post the question here for any lessons learned. Thanks in advance.

Great question. I have the same issue. Lots of pictures that should turn out great, are blurry because of water on the camera lens. I've been thinking about making something to attach to the tree directly over the camera to keep most of the water off. I was going to use a small piece of plywood. But I got another idea from somewhere on the internet, can't recall where I found this, but I saved a couple of pictures of what someone else is using as a cover for their trail cams:

I saw this, and agree with the concept of a hood. It'd be easy enough to do, and would help with sun glare as well. I'll have to do the rain-x thing, then test out the hood and see how it goes.
