Title: Best cake ever!

A friend of mine found this pic. I thought it was hilarious and it got me wondering how many people on here got married during deer season? My dad made that mistake with his second wife and it made hunting season rather complicated for him as his wife was a non hunter. Their marriage didn't end up working out for a number of reasons but when he finally got married a third time he made sure his anniversery wouldn't conflict with his favorite hunts:-)

Post by: h20hunter on January 08, 2013, 12:23:39 PM: Slightly off topic but........I was at the Machia 3d Monday night shoot when my wife called and said "Okay, come home now....we need to go....baby is coming!".........I finished the course and went back the next day to get an arrow out of a stump. I told her I was going home to shower and get a change of clothes.

Post by: et1702 on January 08, 2013, 12:28:05 PM: Ha, I picked early Oct, as I am a bow hunter. Went to elk camp in early Sept, shot my elk, came home and then got married in early Oct before Waterfowl season started.

Then, I cannot get married from Jan.1 to April 15th because of Steelhead season, so, if you want to get married, it has to be from late April to the end of August.

We got married in July and since she hunts, all my demands went over surprisingly well :IBCOOL:
