O.K So I am thinking this morning making a football kinda breakfast :chuckle: It very simple and delicious :chuckle:
You will need :
1 1/2 pounds of shredded potateos ( hash brown type )
1 can of chilies
1 dozen of eggs
1/2 pounded of cubed ham
1 onion (chopped)
12 tortillas (big ones)
Take and place hash browns in oven on 375 for about 15 minutes
Take a pot and Saute the ham -onion and chilies in the pot then scramble up your eggs and dump into pot on medium heat ...Stirring once in awhile ...once the potateos are cooked take and stir them into your egg mix ... let simmer for about 15 min or until the eggs are cooked the whole way !! Place on a Tortilla with Salsa and cheese and enjoy !!!! OFF TO THE STORE I GOOOOO !! :dunno: :chuckle: :chuckle:

I did much the same thing except I was feeding twelve 11 and 12 yr old boys who are watching the game.
5 Dz Eggs
2 Cans of Chilies
2lbs of Ham
2lbs of sausage
Somewhere around 3 lbs of hash brown potatoes.
2lbs of shredded Cheese
Gallon jar of salsa
24 Tortillas
They ate all that and the kitchen sink!
