which common pistol has the most foot pounds of pressure? which is second and which is third? please only sane answers. i am referring to like a 45,44mag, 41, 40, 38 etc. mike w

thanks. how about the common calibers? especially the 10 mm caliber, where does it fit in with the 45, 44, 40, 9mm, and 38. mikew

you doing a report on pistol rounds ??? as far as common production just check out the stuff from S&W..should be what your looking for...nev heard of a 600 nitro chambered into a pistol...
an theres more types of different bullets then there are grains of sand on a beach...

just jump on remington ammo web site they bhave it all . but the 44 leads that group by a bunch. as far as the 500 sw the 460sw out performs it a 100 yards .

The 460 is the king of kings in pistol land right now. The 500 is all fluff.
