i dont know if this has been posted yet. but i really like how McLaughlin tears apart the NY law ans pretty much says it sucks.

It’s good to know there are some Representatives in that state that are thinking about our Rights. NY state constitution does not say anything about gun ownership, however... the state’s Civil Rights Law includes the following provision: A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms cannot be infringed.

I wonder if someone in NY could get the ACLU to take up the case and fight NY because thier civil rights are being violated.
