Title: A happy archery client.
Post by: norsepeak on September 22, 2008, 12:33:55 PM: A happy client. This is her first elk. She had an observatory tag and hired Rugged Class Outfitters in Naches for her hunt. We got this bull in for a 25 yard shot on her fourth day of hunting. The bull is a 5 1/2 year old 6X7. Congrats Kathy!

Post by: norsepeak on September 25, 2008, 01:38:51 PM: This was the first day that Robin hunted with us, he was with her while I was doing the calling.....of course I was so into getting this bull that I forgot I had a video camera in my backpack....could have got some great footage, called him in from a couple hundred yards across the wide open ground...oh well, next time.

Post by: norsepeak on September 25, 2008, 05:54:38 PM: The pic is a little decieving, it really is a 6 x 7, and almost a 7 x 7 he has a small extra browtine on one side and just a bump on the other. Either way not bad for a first elk.
