Found that track off the road while cat huntingno people tracks my daughter has a Great Dane
And these tracks are about the same size and they were in southern klickitat county

Don't know what made it .looks like wolf but I can't see it being its so far south
It's just huge for a dog

Heard the wdfw trapped a male off lone butte a year or so ago.. Could be wolves all over the state. the game dept dont know where they are.. Its sad that the possiblity of my elk hunting to be messed up because of these though. :(

Ya I hunt up there not to far away always makes me nervous now days cow calling and dont hear elk where I use to Always watching now for things with sharp teeth

Went to the sportsman show yesterday and talk to wdfw about my track I found and asked the lady if there were any wolves in the area and she said no I didn't see a wolf track it was a dog or hybrid. So I pulled out my phone and showed her the picture then the look on her face changed especially when I said if its a hybrid I could shoot it if it came in and she said NO! What I meant to say was there is no established pack It could be a lone wolf cruising searching out territory just thought I'd let you guys know
