so i was looking threw my trout stuff and i have power bait. so i cracked it open and noticed it looked weird so i felt it and it was hard? i was mad 5 bucks for dryed power bait. so i grabbed a arrow that was broke and poked the powerbait with and pushed it out of the arrow shaft it makes a nice little tube of power that works great on hooks. so dont throw out your dryed up powerbait. you can use a straw also or anthing thats round and you can incert something to poush the bait out.

Good idea! I always roll my power bait into little tube shapes like that. The dried up power bait holds onto the hook alot better too
-
yeah i honestly like the dryed up powerbait better
-
That is good to know! Thanks

They make a little open ended syringe for doing that. Try shoving your hook into it before pushing it out of the tube and it will stay on really well. I've actually never had very good luck with powerbait though. :(

i havent either i have okay luck with pink power balls but thats it.

Power bait is only in my tackle box for the breakfast cereal guys. Get a Free Surprise in every Jar. :chuckle:
I like worms myself. Eggs now and then. Marshmellows (Garlic) on a dock with my granddaughter. She can see them float. ;)

my favorite way to catch a troit and always works foor me is a worm or a worm under a bobber or a worm filled with air plunking at the bottom

I like worms with a bobber as well, you never know what will be on the end when you pull it up. :chuckle:
