Title: Gunsmith Recommendation
Post by: j_h_nimrod on February 08, 2013, 12:50:27 PM
I have a nice .280 Rem I want to turn into a .280 Ackley (original, not shortened SAAMI version). Is there anyone in Central WA to recommend?  Preferably someone that already has the reamer and has done this before.  I know it is a fairly simple procedure but have had issues in the past. Baring anyone somewhat local, any others to recommend?

We did a .280 ackley a few months ago.  Not sure if Mitch still has the reamer or not, but you could give him a call and find out.
