Cinebarre movie theater - they serve alcohol and food but it is a 21 or older place. Is it legal to carry there with CPL?

Interesting....I don't think so. I believe in regards to the booze it would have to be like Applebees.....the bar and dining area is seperate. You could carry to havea salad while sitting in general seating but not in the bar. I've never seen it posted but since they have no under 21 seating I would say no.
Now....would I? Different thread.

Negative. Any place where alcohol is served and minors are not allowed is a no go.

Look for liquor control board signs... They are required by law. If there are WALCB signs then it's a no go... Also, there should be a firearms restriction sign that the LCB has been having business' put up. If there are no signs up, it could just be a business policy to be over 21, and carry would be Ok. Look up RCW 9.41.270, that has the specific language about restrictions on carry.
