My father tell's me it every year and we always figure out what I have into the birds. It is indeed much cheaper to go to the store but then again most of the time it is when it comes to meat. Not why most of do it, it's for the love of the hunt.

But they may frown on me walking into wal-mart in full camo and putting a bead on a butterball in the frozen section!

I'm banned from Safeway now for blasting them out of the freezer.  They also frown on turkey bowling in the aisles.  Go figure ....
