Title: shipping a black powder pistol??

Just wondering about the legality of shipping a black powder pistol.

I don't think the BATF rules apply to black powder weapons, but I don't know?    :dunno:

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Put it in the mail and send it off.  You don't need to do anything special with a muzzleloader.
