:hello:
-
Not me, I had to google it.
-
Soooo... where are you going with this? :dunno:
-
:yeah: What's your point?
-
Yep.
-
Rescinded in 1976 :dunno:

:yeah: What's your point?
It was an executive order.
Happened once, can happen again.

Yup has happend before. History has already repeated itself. The patriot act for example says you can be detained and held without due process.

Anything and everything that has happened once can happen again. That's not news. I crapped my pants once and it's possible I will do it again someday. :chuckle: I still don't undersand the point of your OP. You asked if anyone knew what it meant without looking it up. Why?
-
Great to hear your bowels are working
Point is it was an executive order, not sure how I can make it any more plain.
Sorry the significance is lost on you.
-
Again this isn't news. My question again is why is it important that people know without having to look it up.

oh ok ya the japanese intern incampments. Wonder why this is dissmissed so easiley though.

I personally believe we need to pay closer attention to history. Many of these things happen because "We the People" let it happen. If terrible mistakes were made in the past, we need to be diligent in making sure they don't happen again. Remember the consequences of singling out a certain group of people in Nazi Germany. Gun owners are being singled out now by the anti-gun zealots. Hunters are being singled out by the anti-hunting extremists. Both of these irrational, fanatical "anti" groups have a lot of media and legislative backing in our state and nationally. We need to be standing guard and taking action (politically involved) to protect our rights and freedoms. :twocents:
