Anyone ever hunt turkey here ?
-
Depending on the year, access can be "challenging" :twocents:

Rough terrain? Care to elaborate a bit ?

Snow, I havn't been out this year so far but there have been many where a guy didn't get very far up there this time of year.

Steep slopes, timbered and rocky. Gotta start at the bottom and work you're way up. As mentioned there can be snow remaining during turkey season, at least at the opener. There are birds there though, not as plentiful as the N.E. corner. :twocents:

Perfect, that's what I needed to know . I have a sneaking suspicion that it might be worth the trek. At the same time I hear NE corner is where it's at. What's the chances of baggin a turkey on public land in the colvile area ?

Hey Apex, Game Dept has some good area up Asotin Joseph Creek properties. Check out their holdings in the SE corner. ff

Good luck, always to much snow, and no turkeys :)
