Don't be jealous!! I'm goin for the Ron Jeremy stache
-
I caught a 46 out of the Klick 5 or so years ago. Lots of fish, and quite a few big fish.
-
Some dandy fish. I have not fished the klick for fall fish in a few years now :'( I miss it we used to catch some great fish and I loved when the silvers moved in. Some of the best fishing I have ever had was catching silvers on the klick.
-
Some nice toads in there! Are these hatchery fish that arnt clipped or a strong native return?
-
Yeah it's my favorite river to fish and guide!! My personal best is 43lbs.. There a few hachery but there mostly wild ( hachery fish that they didn't clip)!!
-
Historically, there were no fall chinook in the Klick. The "wild" fish are the remnants of the hatchery releases.
-
Nice fish! What time in the fall do those kings move in?

Watch the bonneville counts and wait a few days once the numbers ramp up.

Good day of fishing. We released two others to make it a day. Can't wait for the river to open back up.
-
I should say that we thought we would limit. After releasing the next two the bite went off and we ended with three. Did that twice this year.
-
Yeah later in the season when you have to pick through your fish for better fish that happens quite a bit..
-
I've always wanted to drift fish that river, looks kinda narly in some spots.

It can be. Just have to know the river. I fish it a couple times a week from June through September. Do you have a boat?

I can't wait for June. I daydream about rowing it everyday. It's a beautiful and fun river.
