Title: 45-70???

Post by: arees on March 09, 2013, 11:59:00 AM: I hunt elk with my 45-70 from time to time. I use it for brushy situation where I know I am not going to get a long shot. Now I just need to shoot an elk with it. :chuckle:

I have no concern for whether it is a sufficient cartridge at the ranges I would be hunting.
