I was hoping for some clarification on the rules of an upcoming hunt in Bumping. From what i can figure (this is my first hunt) 3 point mules and any white tail in that gmu. Am i right to assume that blacktail are either the same as muleys or are not allowed to be taken? Thanks you for the confirmation, i have scouted the area several times and have everything planned. i would just hate to shoot the wrong animal. thanks!

You are correct to assume that if you see a blacktail you should treat it like a Mule deer. It must have 3 points and there could be blacktails in there but most likely crossbreeds or " Benchlegs ". No whitetails that I am aware of. Good luck and count points before you shoot!
