They don't just "tap" it, it never even gets there. I saw an interview with the head of the Social Security Administration a few years back. When asked "where's the money?" he walked over to a file cabinet and pulled out a government IOU...
There has never been an actual DIME in the Social Security account! :sry:

This is political BS guys, don't believe it for a second. The sequester has zero to do with these cuts, same as the whitehouse tours.
