This is not my recipe, but should be as much as I have made it.
Simple but AWESOME and super easy. I usually double the ingredients, and after the marinating process heat the marinade over a burner and serve on the side.
Try it you won't go back!!!!!
Guess I had better get you the stats
2 lbs flank steak (this one is more like a 4 pounder LOL)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 TBL dried italian seasoning
1 TBL lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, Minced (or more)
Marinate 12-24 hrs
I grill over med/high to High heat, As I like it rare to med/rare. Slice on the bias, drizzle with reserved/heated marinade.
"some of you afficianados would likely use fresh squezeed lemon".. I have tried both and cannot tell the difference. We keep a jug of this in the fridge and it works quite nicely.

Looks good I am going to try it. Adding a teaspoon of sesame oil would be worth a try. Just a little sesame it only takes a little more is not better.

Ours is pretty close to that only we add red wine to the mix and cut a 1/4 of the way through on the bias and then put it in the fridge to marinate. Gets the marinade into the meat better.
