Title: Rifle Season 2013
Post by: Gamehunter034 on April 11, 2013, 02:04:39 PM: Just for clarification are the dates the same every year for the early rifle season in october for modern rifle. I thought so but can't remember. Thank you!

It is a Saturday opener Was the 13Th last year so it will either be Oct 12Th or the 19Th the later seems to late I do not remember how they pick the Sat.

When do regs come out is it june or july... :bash: wish I remembered right now, I am trying to schedule my days off for rifle deer, gotta get them in sooner than later! Thanks guys!!

Post by: jackelope on April 11, 2013, 03:41:03 PM: The regs will be out in the next 2 weeks I bet, I just saw the deadline for permit app's will be 5/22 so it definitely won't be June or July before the regs come out.

Post by: bobcat on April 11, 2013, 03:45:59 PM: Yep, the Commissioner's meeting to adopt the 2013 proposals is tomorrow. Once that is done, the pamphlets will be printed. Seasons and Regulations should be online sometime next week.

This is the second year of this three year plan. Next year will be one day earlier and then they will meet to discuss the next three year plan. ;)
