Title: RWS 460 Magnum vs RWS 54 .22 cal Air rifle
Post by: h2ofowlr on April 16, 2013, 02:11:54 PM
I was wondering if anyone has one of the RWS 460 or 54 air rifles.  Trying to decide between the two.  460 is a front cocker and the 54 is a side cocker.  Both are heavy guns, but tack drivers averaging 900-1,000 fps in .22 cal.  Any input would be great.  Time to move up as the Gamos only take you so far!

I have a 48.....and it shoots heavy pellets well, but is quite finicky about form. If I do my part, it shoots super, if not...well, not so much. I ring a 8" gong at 80 yards with alarming regularity.
