Title: What's Happening to Our Private Property Rights?

What are your local governments doing TO you versus FOR you?
You would be very well served to watch your local government actions very closely. Make sure they are not whittling away at your individual rights and freedoms.

I'm sure one day you will be brought up on murder charges for cutting down a tree. How dare you kill a tree in order to produce heat to stay warm, the Gov will tell you if you need heat or not.

Would there be a law suit?

I'm sure the insurance company would settle before it got that far. :rolleyes:
