Ok so I have a friend who is in question about his license. He is not sure if he wants to get his freshwater yet, just saltwater. Later, if he wants, can he pay the difference to get his combo license if he decides he wants to fish freshwater?Yup yup.

I know how that is. Last year I think we payed 76$ for the whole shi-bang. Gets more and more expensive every year. Haven't picked one up this year at all, been low on funds myself.

Most of the time you only get the reduced combo price if purchased at the same time. I think he would have to buy the freshwater license at full cost :twocents:
