I think there will be lawsuits that will slow this down, but I truly believe it's going to happen sooner or later.  :tup:

Excellent start if they don't tie it up in court for mulitple years and if the tree humpers in this state follow the guidelines.

I hate to say it but that would probably be a close vote given where the population density is.
