Wondering if anyone has been seeing bears moving up north at all?ill be heading that way tonight and this weekend

Saw 3 scat piles in the area I frequent 1 week ago, yesterday ranged a little farther, crossed 13 more, most I've seen in years.

I was out a little last night and ran into a couple fresh peels.

Saw quite a few peels last fall in the Lewis, never see them up here.  Reason?

I would jump on mytopo, bing, google earth etc and just start looking for dead and red trees in the right age stands, there are multiple stands just off mainline that are all tore up.... Same with virtually every road in the area.

I don't need any spots just curious on how the activity has been up there sense I haven't had a chance to make it with having a new born and a new house. I got a few spots that hold a lot of bear in
