Title: Does anyone...

hunt on or near Fort Lewis, I'm from Michigan and all I've read about the hunting is this state is that you guy's constantly move to hunt.  Back east we grew up hunting from a box looking over a clearing with some corn and apples spread around on property no bigger then 60 acres.  I read some of the older threads about baiting and I'm not so sure what to think with hunting near post.  What do people typically do that hunt in the area.  I'm not exactly sure where to head out hunting and I'm sure every Joe on post will be flooding the woods.

(Obviously this is my first year hunting out here)  So any words of wisdom so close to season would be appreciated.

Yea we can, I replied to your message as well.  Like I said, I'm just trying to figure out what is best for base and if anybody is familiar with the areas.  I had a place in mind that I scouted this summer.  A lot of bear in the area but not too many signs of deer.
