Title: upper skagit

Is there any 1 on here that fishes the upper Skagit around the mouth of the cascade for kings in June just to let u know there has been changes just West of the cascades mouth little eddy and big eddy is private property and can no longer access the skagit

I been fishing up there the last 8 year's if u know the little eddy u prob seen me up there
