My dad drew the elk tag on his first attempt for the Pysht Tree Farm. After years of driving past the tree farm, wondering how big the bulls are on that land, we'll finally get a chance to find out. Looks like he and I will have a lot of scouting to do this summer between this tag and my multi-season tag. Looking forward to a lot of time in the woods, seeing a ton of animals, and most importantly, having fun. Hopefully our luck will continue into the special permit drawings!

Thanks. He's going to hunt the muzzleloader season. That's what we've been doing the last few years in the Sol Duc and the Dickey. Hopefully the rut will be in full swing.
