Dismissal of lead ammo lawsuit a major victory
Yesterday’s dismissal of a federal lawsuit seeking a ban on ammunition containing “lead components” is a quiet but major victory for ammunition manufacturers, the firearms industry, hunters and recreational shooters, and in particular, home reloaders, and a loss for a couple of Northwest environmental groups.

Great to see a victory for once!

That's great news!
The NRA had an article on it as well:
http://www.nraila.org/legislation/federal-legislation/2013/5/federal-judge-dismisses-lawsuit-to-ban-traditional-ammunition.aspx
The message at the end of the article speaks the truth; the anti-hunting and anti-gun zealots will never give up trying to take our rigths from us. We can never give up on protecting our rights.
"The CBD is unlikely to ever give up in its effort to ban lead ammunition, which means NRA and gun owners will have to remain vigilant to protect our rights in the future."
