Sorry but it has been a while and i have a dumb one to ask,what are the laws in wa. for hunting from a tree stand with modern firearm?Deer, Elk,Bear?Some states allow some dont and i got confused on wa.

 It's all good to go here. They just aren't used much as there is so much public land that nobody wants to leave them out for thieves. They're actually becoming more popular in this state as people are starting to realize they cna work quite well if put in the proper location. That's the hard part. I'd find a good climber, a good travel route from the food to the bedding in a pinch point, a good book, and ultimately a great trophy!

Thanks for the info yes they work great with my bow hunting,just had a conversation with some friends and we couldnt remember the law on it here so thanks for clearing that up for me.
