Got invited to meet up with some buddies in Ketchikan for 4 days last week of June. I have never been up there but sounds like plenty of fish that time of year. They have a little boat it sounds like they fish the mouth of a river or tidewater, not sure. Any suggestions on tackle to take, things to see and do. I am flying up and be there for 4 days. Thanks nwhunter

Should be the same fishing as around here, not much if any different.

I have fished Ketchikan in September mainly for Coho and we trolled cut plug Herring. Two Rods on Downriggers and two out the back on delta divers. We fished up along Grant island. In june I think Kings and hali are the targets...
Was lights out fishing for us.. Limits almost everyday...
Good luck... Ketchikan is an Awesome place....
