Looking for some advice, tips or hunting partners for 2013 deer season near longview WA
-
Do you have prior hunting/scouting experience or just new to bowhunting? Are you using traditional equipment or compound? Are you interested in just deer?

Only real advice I can give is to spend as much time as possible shooting. I take my bow out with me almost every time I'm out in the woods during the off season for some stump shooting fun. Invest in a good pair of binocs and some decent topo maps and spend as much time as you can scouting, learning and mapping out the areas you are interested in hunting. Most of all, take your time. Brush up on your woodsmanship and the rest will come with time.

Good advice
I would pick an area and get out every weekend before season scouting.
Plus lots of practice. Buy some judo heads and take bow out and stump shoot while scouting

Not sure how old you are? And what other hunting experience you might have? There is a huge curve of learning ahead of you. Be prepared for that and practice practice and more practice!!!!!!! Good luck!
