Title: Pup's a water maniac!
Post by: SnowDog on June 09, 2013, 06:44:45 PM: Took her for a few retrieves this afternoon and she has become a maniac! First couple trips to the lake were pretty mellow. Today she wen't nuts. At 15 weeks she is pretty fearless. Might need to get her into dock diving.

If you do, holler at me, I know someone that competes, she can probably give you all the pointers you could ever need.

Talked with them at the Puyallup Fair. Really good people that are in it for fun. Looks like your pup would do well!!!

However, I am careful to know whats under the surface (if at all possible) before working and area. A friend of mine had his golden impale itself on a submegerd steel fence post years ago, the dog did recover, but it was long and very expensive.
