The last 2 times I've had fish tacos were Alaskan caught halibut consumed in the Wenaha, then in the Umtanum :tup:

about 45 lbs. Last day of season . Still hoping for a WA 100 plus lb'er. small by Alaska standards

Yep, perfect size! When I was in Alaska I caught over 200 halibut and only kept the ones that were in the 25-45 pound pange (except for the 135 pounder). I like the texture better.

45 Lbs is a good size for sure! That is one fish that I really need to go catch!
