Title: Cathrine Creek Oregon
Post by: get one leakin on June 14, 2013, 10:58:00 PM
Buddy and I drew Catherine Creek Elk tags for this year.   Already have sort of a plan but with a short season any help would be great.  Id be glad to give any knowledge I have, I have a lot of experience in the Gray back Unit, especially the late buck and have been in the shed twice( 07' and 11'). If we ever get the Washington results I could defiantly help out on those.

Wow, congrats! That will be a great hunt from what I've heard. Sorry I can't give you any help since I've never hunted it. But I hope you have a great hunt. That must have taken a lot of points?

I hunted that last year. What elk tag did you get?

Thanks, Ive been putting if for a few years but gave up on another hunt.  It was the modern bull tag that we drew so if Washington would ever publish their results we could start doing a little planning...
