stay away from the browns creek steel bridge area. Very few elk in there. try closer to the wynooche unit

Focus your efforts away from well roaded areas and clearcuts.  The Skok Indians hammer it pretty well, especially that time of the year.  Some whoppers if you get up into the rugged ground.
