Title: Quilomene Late Archery Tag

I have been doing a lot of searching on this site and have found some good info. The last time I hunted the Quilomene was 8 years ago early archery elk and a lot can change. What type of bucks can I expect to see? I am looking for a 150 class or better.

Post by: Big game archer on June 30, 2013, 02:10:35 PM: I had a doe tag in 05 and saw some pretty good bucks... There was LOTS of snow that year so that probably helped. I only hunted half a day and saw a nice 4x4 in the 150 range, a couple decent three points, and a huge forked horn.

ya all the roads are horrible up there even in jeeps or toyota trucks let alone my 3/4 ton dodge but who wants to road hunt anyway. you just use them to get kinda where you wanna be.

For those that have hunted the Quilomene do you think a 150 class or bigger buck is realistic? Thanks for the help .
